Healthy Restaurant Association: How to get involved

HRA Participants Criteria:
Attendance by one representative at 2 out of 3 classes per quarter.
The HRA will be conducting education forums 1 hour each month (12 per year) on the second Wednesday of each month. These forums feature guest speakers and education on the featured research topic, label reading, alternative products, and other related useful topics.
  What You Get:
Extensive Exposure. The HRA is working with many media outlets to provide publicity, advertising and marketing to participating restaurants through internet, print, radio and television media coverage. The local community will be tied directly to the efforts of the HRA through the local government businesses, organizations and the school systems.
HRA members are encouraged to cooperate with the healthy ingredient changes the HRA call for.
All changes will be backed by extensive scientific research and documentation. Reputable suppliers and professionals will assist in identifying alternative products that fit with each restaurant's needs.
